Core Skills for Clerical Officers (Grade 3)

This intensive one-day training programme is designed to develop core competencies for Clerical Officers grade 3/4 (and equivalent grades), in line with the PAS civil service competency framework.

The programme will enable participants to understand and develop their role and effectiveness within their organisation, with a particular focus on developing their skills to improve interpersonal effectiveness, people management expertise and the delivery of results.
