Description
The COVID19 pandemic has changed the world of work, and we have seen large scale adaptation to remote working in the public sector in the past two and a half years. This creates opportunities for organisations to improve diversity, as many jobs are no longer determined by place of work.
However, research highlights that the pandemic has had a negative impact on equality, in particular for under-represented and marginalised groups. The need to create inclusive cultures, value diversity and ensure equality is critical for recovery in the changing world of work.
This one-hour eLearning programme provides insights and practical guidance to help leaders and HR managers build equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in their organisations.
