Effective presentations are engaging, well-structured, concise, and – most importantly – persuasive. Effective presenters are poised, professional, and have a presence. The best presenters are the best of themselves. They tap into their strengths, communicate congruently, and can positively influence audiences in an easy and elegant way.

Presentations are only ever a means to an end – securing a new contract, obtaining ‘buy-in,’ boosting staff morale, or leading others through change. The further your career progresses, the more crucial it is to have these skills. At middle- and senior-management level, high-quality presentation skills are a must.

This full-day workshop develops these essential skills. Attendees get an opportunity to practice and use their skills in a safe and open environment, and can use this experience to be more confident while presenting in their own organisation.

Group numbers will be small – usually between six and eight. Participants may be asked to give a presentation during the day. This practical and hands-on training will ensure that every one of the attendees receives tailored, detailed and highly-applicable mentoring.
