Line Management Training

This tailored programme is designed to fully equip junior line managers with the necessary skills to be effective supervisors and team leaders. We suggest a two day course to allow time for an interactive and practical programme covering both core communication and HR aspects, along with tips on how to have difficult conversations and engage and motivate your staff.

Approach to learning and role of participants:

This course will be practical in application and delivered in a seminar rather than lecture style format. Interactive exercises will be used and active learner engagement encouraged.
