In situations where staff are engaged in the design and delivery of services to the public, as was specifically pinpointed by the recent Taskforce report, Project Management is an area in which staff should be given specialist training. However, many project management training courses are pitched at too high a level and don’t teach the participants how to actually define crystal-clear requirements, determine a concise scope, or how to implement to meet customer needs.
This two-day course uses an interactive and dynamic training methodolgy, which mixes lectures, practical exercises and discussion of real-world examples.
