Effective public regulation plays a key role in ensuring proper governance and ensures the principles of transparency and accountability are upheld\, while maintaining public trust. \nPAI’s one day seminar will provide attendees with a comprehensive grounding and understanding of the key provisions of regulation\, the impact it has on society and the economy and the various regulatory strategies and legal processes related to regulation.
