This two hour workshop which will focus on the topic of Resilient Leadership in a Hybrid World will be highly engaging and interactive, encompassing group discussion and peer engagement on a subject which may be proving challenging to some leaders as we navigate our way through this new world of remote and hybrid working.
There can be little doubt that the world of work as we knew it pre pandemic has changed irrevocably and we now find ourselves leading and being a part of a team that are perhaps still working remotely and will continue to do so, while the rest of the team transitions back into the office.
Remote working has given us so many positives, namely giving employees the flexibility and autonomy to carry out their roles, but hybrid working also poses challenges from a leadership point of view in terms of ensuring an environment of inclusivity is always at the forefront of our minds as the focus shifts more and more towards staff wellbeing and wellness. We may also feel that we do not have the same element of ‘control’ over our team as logistics factor in offsite working.
Our two speakers will discuss what it means to be a resilient leader, what are the challenges posed to leaders in this new working landscape and why the focus on staff wellbeing, inclusivity and equality are crucial in ensuring that your team can work to the best of their ability and navigate this period of transition in these potentially challenging times ahead.
We will also discuss effective tools that can be used to ensure we are carrying out our roles as effective and resilient leaders to the best of our ability.
