DESCRIPTION:Please Note: This is an in person workshop taking place in the Grand Canal Hotel\, Dublin 4. \n\nFull Seminar Details\nDate: Tuesday\, 12th November\nTime: 9.30am – 1.00pm\nCPD: 3.5 CPD Hours\nMethod of Delivery: In Person\nFee: €125 (15% of the ticket going to Cycle Against Suicide) \n\n\nMen’s Health: A Holistic Approach\nWe’ve heard it time and time again\, “Your Health is your Wealth”\, but we don’t pay much heed to it\, unless something happens\, and we don’t have a wealth of good health. \nWe all remember buying our first car. We got our manual\, our warranty\, and all the details to contact when something goes wrong. From time to time we all need a mechanic. 76% of the population in Ireland drive. \nWhen a warning light goes on\, we look up the manual\, get it fixed\, and continue on our journey. \nThis workshop will be our manual and provide us with a toolbox to keep you on the road to thrive and survive. \nThis workshop will equip us to recognise our own warning lights\, how to regulate ourselves\, through the lens of creating positive role models in our lives\, the challenges to seeking support and what is holding us back\, and the knowledge and skills to help us to navigate the journey of life. \nExplore men’s health through four key lenses: Physical\, Mental\, Social\, and Spiritual (Purpose-driven living). \nCommon Barriers\nMany men hesitate to seek help when it comes to their health. What holds them back? \nThe Power of Vulnerability\nDiscover how embracing vulnerability can be a source of strength\, rather than a weakness. \nBuilding Hope & Resilience through Attachment\nLearn how strengthening attachment in your relationships fosters hope\, resilience\, and a deeper understanding of those connections. \nThe Impact of Positive Role Models\nExamine how positive role models shape our lives\, offering guidance and support in the journey towards improved health and wellbeing \n\nKey Outcomes for Participants:\nPractical tools to build hope in their lives.\nIncreased confidence\, knowing they are not alone.\nA deeper awareness of relationship styles and dynamics.\nInsights into the role of positive influences in their lives.\nA new understanding of vulnerability as a strength.\nThe ability to change the narrative surrounding male stereotypes\, both for themselves and future generations. \nTailored Training \n\n\nAll of our open programmes can also be run on an in-house basis.
