About the Seminar

Legal professional privilege protects all communications that occur between a professional legal adviser and their client from being disclosed without the permission of the client.

LLP protects confidential communications and confidential documents between both parties with a view to the legal advisor providing legal services or advice to a client or for use in legal proceedings.

This privilege is designed to protect these confidential discussions and allow the client to communicate freely with their legal advisor and discuss their case in a frank and open manner
