PAI’s update event has been designed to provide a comprehensive review of the new shift from PAS Competency Models to a new Capability Framework which will support all key grades in the Civil and Public Service. The new framework aims to equip professionals working within the service with future-ready skills that will attract and support a diverse range of talent, fostering a collaborative service of excellence.
