DESCRIPTION:Seminar Overview \nA key skill required of many people\, including those working in or newly introduced to a financial role\, is the ability to understand key financial statements. \nAll organisations produce some form of financial statements\, and most people will\, at some point in their careers\, have a need to be able to read and understand these. \nAccountancy has its own language and in order to be able to read and understand the financial statements\, you need to learn the language – or at least learn some of the primary words used in that language. This half-day workshop will enhance your ability to read and understand financial statements by introducing you to the language of accounting and the layout of these financial statements. \nOur Expert Trainer Stewart Roche\, is a Chartered Accountant with experience of working in both Public and Private Sectors over many years. \nLearning Outcomes   \nClear Financial Understanding: From budgeting to interpreting financial data\, you’ll learn to navigate essential financial concepts that will enhance your confidence and accuracy in financial roles. \nHands-On Learning: Through real-life examples and exercises\, you’ll apply concepts directly to scenarios you encounter in your role\, making it easy to implement your new skills from day one. \nEnhanced Decision-Making: With improved financial understanding\, you’ll be able to align your work with organisational goals and communicate clearly with finance departments. \nStrategic Financial Insight: Spot trends\, track budgets\, and understand expenses to contribute effectively to your organisation’s financial health. \n  \nWho Should Attend ?\nFinance for Non-Financials is a half day workshop which will help personnel in non-financial roles to understand the basics of financial accounting. \nIt would also be of  benefit to people working in sections of finance\, such as Creditors/Purchases\, Payroll and Debtors/Sales etc. as it will inform them of where their section fits into the whole financial structure.
