There is an existing complex legislative landscape in the time between experience during pregnancy, maternity leave and/or return to the workplace with a body of existing legislation in place and a number of changes having been introduced for both women and men, including paternity leave and parent’s leave.
This half day seminar, led by one of PAI’s expert legal trainers, will explore the existing statutory legal family leave entitlements in the workplace, including legislation allowing family leave entitlements for a relevant parent and what the statutory duties of the employer are when it comes to employee leave.
