DESCRIPTION:Seminar Overview \nEmployee data protection is of utmost important for organisations in order to comply with privacy and data protection laws. HR departments are ultimately responsible for their employees’ data including information such as names\, addresses\, PPS numbers\, bank account details and so on. The company should ensure that no one has access to this information without the employee’s consent. \n\nHR departments collect and process large amounts of personal data not only from their employees but also from job applicants\, contractors and former employees. Hence\, it is critical that HR professionals are aware of the requirements of data protection regulations and process personal data accordingly.
