DESCRIPTION:Day 1: Friday\, 25 September (half day 9.30am – 1.00pm)\nDay 2: Friday\, 2 October (half day 9.30am – 1.00pm)\n\nThis redesigned Core Capabilities for EOs training programme has been aligned with the updated Capability Framework. \nThis framework supports all key grades in building a diverse and talented workforce for the future\, capable of collaboratively delivering excellence on behalf of the civil and public service. This training programme is designed to develop core capabilities for Executive Officers\, grade 4/5/6 officers (and equivalent grades)\, in line with the PAS civil service capabilities framework. \nParticipants of this short professional programme can expect to leave\, not just with improved skills\, but with a greater ability to apply those skills flexibly and effectively in a variety of contexts\, aligning with the broader strategic goals of their organisation. \nThe programme will enable participants  to understand and develop their role and effectiveness within their organisation\, focusing on the four key key areas for the EO grade under the Capability Framework. \n  \nCommunicating and Collaborating  \nLeading & Empowering  \nBuilding Future Readiness  \nEvidence Informed Delivery  \n  \nLearning Outcomes\n\nCommunicate effectively: manage difficult conversations and develop cross team collaboration\nPerformance management: lead\, delegate\, coach and provide feedback in a blended working environment\nDemonstrate social and emotional awareness in leadership and prioritise team wellbeing\nDemonstrate ownership\, initiative and agility in area of responsibility\nDigital Literacy: support improved service delivery and IT skills\nProcess Improvement: implement new approaches and propose innovative solutions\nChange Management: adapt and implement strategic organisational processes\nManage\, plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and targets: develop project management and time management skills\nData Management: Gather and process information accurately and analyse how this data can drive organisational success\nDevelop key critical thinking and decision making skills\n\n  \nMultiple Delegate Discount\nLimited Places Available – book early to avoid disappointment. \n\n3+ Delegates – 5% Discount\n5+ Delegates – 10% Discount\n10+ Delegates – 15% Discount\n\nTo avail of our multiple delegate discount for 3 or more delegates\, you must email registrations@pai.ie with the name and details of all those you wish to book.
