This one day practical Conflict Resolution and Mediation Skills workshop will focus both on managing and mediating conflict and will equip attendees with the skills and knowledge necessary to help them manage and positively engage with situations requiring them to both deal with conflict but also be an effective mediator.
The workshop is highly interactive, balancing discussions and theoretical inputs with practical skills and tools that individuals can use on a day-to-day basis.
As a valuable addition to this workshop, the trainer will use case studies throughout so attendees will have an opportunity to mediate conflict in a hypothetical situation and get constructive and professional feedback from the trainer on how they dealt with the situation and what they may have been able to improve or otherwise.
Attendees will come away with valuable skills on both dealing with conflict and also obtain effective knowledge necessary to mediate conflict that may arise in a work environment.
