Neurodiversity refers to the different ways the brain can work and interpret information. In Ireland, an estimated 4% (some worldwide figures suggest this figure is closer to 15%/20%) of the population are considered neurodiverse.
This workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to create and maintain a positive workplace culture that enhances collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being.
This half day programme will focus on the key components that are involved with managing team performance including goal setting, the challenges of managing and motivating hybrid teams and managing difficult conversations.
