About our Effective Professional Communications and Public Relations Seminar
PAI welcomes you to our Effective Professional Communications and Public Relations one day online seminar which will provide useful and practical guidelines and advice on how to communicate both externally and internally with confidence and professionalism.
Effective professional communications training will provide both you and your organisation with a workable skillset of communication tools (both verbal and written) that can be used both internally and externally to enhance business performance and to portray your business in the best possible light.
This seminar will explore core ideas behind successful professional communication. Participants will be shown how they can plan impressive communication, avoid common barriers to effective communication while ensuring they choose the right communication channel and deliver messages that are understood by the receiver.
They will explore their own personal branding and the impact it can have on achieving their required communication outcomes.
The seminar will also outline how to effectively deal with difficult communications particularly from a PR perspective and will show the importance of consistency in messaging and communication no matter what the communication channel.
Who Should Attend:
This one day seminar will be of interest to anyone who wants to improve their professional corporate business communication skills, with a specific emphasis on verbal communication, and to further their personal and professional development.
It will also suit anyone who finds themselves either seconded to or working in a new communications role in a department or organisation where they may not have had a lot of previous experience with Public Relations/external communications (public interviews, social media updates) or internal communications (social media channels, target marketing, team and policy updates).
