About our Effective Professional Communications and Public Relations Seminar

PAI welcomes you to our Effective Professional Communications and Public Relations one day online seminar which will provide useful and practical guidelines and advice on how to communicate both externally and internally with confidence and professionalism.

Effective professional communications training will provide both you and your organisation with a workable skillset of communication tools (both verbal and written) that can be used both internally and externally to enhance business performance and to portray your business in the best possible light.

Learning Outcomes:

This seminar will explore core ideas behind successful professional communication.  Participants will be shown how they can plan impressive communication, avoid common barriers to effective communication while ensuring they choose the right communication channel and deliver messages that are understood by the receiver.

They will explore their own personal branding and the impact it can have on achieving their required communication outcomes.

The seminar will also outline how to effectively deal with difficult communications particularly from a PR perspective and will show the importance of consistency in messaging and communication no matter what the communication channel.
