This half-day interactive training event will give attendees the communication tools, approach and attitude needed to manage an unexpected crisis. Attendees will develop leadership skills that will help to manage any crisis situation. Attendees will also learn how to galvanise their teams and implement rapid reputation recovery methods to deal with post crisis-fallout.
This session will be delivered through a simulation, whereby learners are submerged into a real-world crisis and will become equipped in crisis and stakeholder management skills.
