Every year, PAI organizes and hosts national conferences. A large part of what PAI does is bring people together. At our training events and conferences, whether face-to-face or online, time is always allowed to let our attendees network and discuss the information they are learning.

Our mission is to foster, encourage and meet the need for a culture of continuous or lifelong learning in the public service in Ireland. It is our aim to inspire and promote excellence across our customer-base.

Our conferences host a panel of expert speakers from within their industry, using data-driven insights to support employee engagement and retention, promote performance and professional development, and achieve operational excellence in the workplace.

In advance of each conference event, PAI establishes a Pre Conference forum for our clientele. This acts as a platform of networking engagement with peers, speakers and our sponsors. The platform also facilitates the organisation of pre-arranged networking meetings between clients for the coffee networking breaks through attendee e-business card exchange.
