This redesigned Core Capabilities for COs training programme has been aligned with the updated Capability Framework.
This framework supports all key grades in building a diverse and talented workforce for the future, capable of collaboratively delivering excellence on behalf of the civil and public service. This training programme is designed to develop core capabilities for Clerical Officers (and equivalent grades), in line with the PAS civil service capabilities framework.
Participants of this short professional programme can expect to leave, not just with improved skills, but with a greater ability to apply those skills flexibly and effectively in a variety of contexts, aligning with the broader strategic goals of their organisation.
The programme will enable participants to understand and develop their role and effectiveness within their organisation, focusing on the three key areas for the CO grade under the Capability Framework.
