What is a PAI Training Card?
PAI’s annual training card is a credit initiative that supports organisations in planning their employees professional learning and development over the coming year. It allows organisations to utilise and retain their remaining training budget at the end of one year and apply it as a credit on training in the new year.
This is a one-time purchase of training credits, typically made at the end of the year when your team’s calendar no longer accommodates staff training, allowing the credits to carry over into the next year where it can be applied against all of PAI’s open programmes along with our inhouse tailored training options.
An added administrative benefit to our training card is that it allows organisation to apply only one purchase order number over potentially multiple training programmes for their staff.
Why Invest?
As part of the Training Card scheme, PAI helps you identify the skills your organisation needs through a customised Training Needs Analysis. This process ensures your training aligns with your goals and focuses on the areas that matter most, with expert support every step of the way. Plus, when you purchase a PAI Training Card, your organisation receives an additional 10% in training credit. For example – investing €5000 today means you’ll get an extra €500 in credit, which can be used towards PAI’s open programmes or in-house tailored training in the new year
You’ll also receive quarterly and year-end reports from your Key Account Manager. These reports track the performance of your training, show the return on your investment, and include feedback to measure the impact of each programme, helping you see real results.

PAI Training Card Incentive Scheme 2026
The 2026 Training Card Incentive Scheme:
Invest €3000 Receive €3,300,
Invest €4000 Receive €4,400, and so on….
A 10% credit applies to Training Card purchases up to €39,999. For investments of €40,000, a 12% credit is added, and for purchases of €50,000, a 15% credit will apply. This offer is valid for a single transaction and is contingent on the total value of the Training Card being fully spent within 2026.
Once your application form is received, an invoice will be issued to your accounts department and full training credits (including the additional 10%) will be credited to your account. You will receive an email notification with the balance of your account. Please
note – Your training credits must be used by December 2026.
