Public Affairs Ireland is delighted to announce the launch of the 2022 Training Card Incentive Scheme (June Interim Top-Up)

In line with the ‘Civil Service Renewal 2024 -Action Plan’, which advocates for training for across the wider public service, PAI have developed a training card incentive scheme. The training card incentive scheme can be availed of twice per year – in December for use the following year and at an interim point (June) in line with PMDS evaluations (interim reporting).

Public Sector Organisations who avail of the incentive in December will be granted an additional 10% in training credits, to be used on any training the following year including Accredited Certified Courses and Online Seminars and Bespoke In-House Programmes. A top-up is available in June where an additional 10% in training credits will be applied. This credit must be used by the end of the year.

Your training credits can be spent on a range of training programmes for all personnel in your organisation, from high level leadership programmes to programmes for your legal team or HR/people managers, compliance or regulatory personnel, admin and front-line staff. Furthermore, your training credits covers accredited certified courses, online seminars and workshops or in-house courses.

In-house courses are courses delivered onsite or online to a closed group of colleagues from your organisation. This means even if a course is not scheduled to run publicly you can have it run in-house (and online) for your staff. All our training programmes can be tailored for your organisation. In the event you would like training delivered on a topic/topics where training is not readily available, PAI along with Industry experts, can also develop and deliver these bespoke in-house training programmes.
